Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling a full range of banking services and products with emphasis on growing business relationships.
• Solicit new clients and maintain an active business pipeline.
• Lead and coach Personal Bankers when needed and ensure WOW customer service.
• Open new accounts for businesses and households following bank policies.
• Achieve monthly sales, profile, and outbound call goals.
• Travel to assigned locations as needed and participate in CRA/community events.
