Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage banking experience in the market area.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of meeting production goals.
• Solid understanding of mortgage regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential loan production team and manage branch pipeline activity.
• Ensure compliance with RESPA, Regulation Z, HMDA, CRA/AML, BSA, Regulation B and Dodd-Frank Act.
• Review, process, close, and oversee loan proposals and rate locks.
• Develop branch business goals and manage expenses for branch operations.
