Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Home Lending Assistant in Boston to support the loan process and deliver excellent client experiences. You will work alongside Home Lending Advisors to prequalify, gather documents, and discuss loan products, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role emphasizes pipeline management, cross-team coordination with realtors and builders, and helping to achieve annual production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Minimum of four years’ work experience in mortgage loan processing.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office or similar).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stay flexible and maintain quality under changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiries for prequalification, collect complete applications, and review with Home Loan Advisor(s).
• Discuss products and pricing as instructed by Home Lending Advisor(s).
• Review complex files to identify problems and propose solutions with the Advisor(s).
• Manage pipeline and provide updates to Advisors and borrowers/builders.
• Coordinate submissions and closings with Realtors and builders; liaise with connectors.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and staffing for Realtor open houses and trade shows.
• Support annual loan production targets with Home Lending Advisor(s).
