Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Home Lending Assistant to serve as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle, supporting Home Lending Advisors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will handle inquiries, assist with applications, and help coordinate submissions, closings, and marketing efforts to realtors and builders. A strong focus on customer service and accurate documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Minimum four years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiries for prequalification and collect complete loan applications.
• Discuss products and pricing with Home Lending Advisors when appropriate.
• Review complex files and identify potential issues before submission.
• Manage loan pipeline and provide status updates to teams and borrowers.
• Coordinate submissions and closings with Realtors and builders.
• Assist in marketing efforts to buyers, sellers, realtors, and builders.
