Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Home Lending Assistant to support a team of Home Lending Advisors. You will handle prequalification inquiries, gather documentation, and help prepare loan applications while coordinating with Realtors, builders, and processing centers.

You will monitor pipeline status, communicate updates to clients, and help market properties to buyers and sellers. A strong customer service orientation and solid organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Four years' work experience in mortgage loan processing.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiries for prequalification and complete loan applications.
• Discuss products and pricing with Home Lending Advisor(s) when requested.
• Review complex files to identify problems and coordinate solutions with Advisors.
• Manage pipeline and communicate updates to borrowers, builders, and Advisors.
• Coordinate submissions and closings with Realtors and builders to enable Advisors to focus on new business.
• Assist in marketing to buyers, sellers, realtors, and builders and staffing events.
• Support Advisors in achieving annual loan production goals.
