Chase is hiring a Home Lending Assistant in Boston, MA to support the loan process and client experience. You will work alongside Home Lending Advisors to prequalify borrowers, gather applications, and coordinate with realtors and builders to ensure timely closings.

The role emphasizes strong communication, detailed documentation, and the ability to manage multiple files while meeting quality and production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• At least four years' experience in mortgage loan processing.
• Intermediate computer skills with MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Handle initial inquiries for prequalification and take complete loan applications.
• Discuss products and pricing with Home Lending Advisor(s) when needed.
• Review complex files to identify problems and propose solutions before submission.
• Manage pipeline and provide updates to advisors and borrowers throughout the process.
• Coordinate submissions with realtors, builders, and branch staff to facilitate closings.
