Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Home Lending Assistant to work with Home Lending Advisors to deliver an outstanding experience for home buyers. This role supports prequalification calls, complete applications, and documentation collection.

You will manage a loan pipeline, review files for issues, liaise with realtors and builders, and assist in marketing to drive business while maintaining high productivity and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiry calls for prequalification and take complete applications.
• Request documentation from borrowers and review with Home Lending Advisors.
• Discuss products and pricing when requested, or in the absence of the Home Lending Advisors.
• Review complex files to identify problems and propose solutions with the Home Lending Advisor(s).
• Manage pipeline, communicate updates to Home Lending Advisors and borrowers, and monitor pipeline status.
• Coordinate submissions and closings with realtors and builders to support Home Lending Advisors' productivity.
• Assist in marketing to buyers, sellers, realtors, and builders; staff realtor/builder open houses and trade shows.
