Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to changing workload while maintaining quality

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiries for prequalification and complete applications
• Request documents from borrowers and review with Home Lending Advisors
• Discuss products and pricing with customers when appropriate
• Review complex files to identify potential issues and propose solutions
• Manage pipeline and keep borrowers and realtors updated on status
• Coordinate submissions and closings with lenders, brokers, and builders
• Support advisors in achieving production goals and annual loan targets
