JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Community Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the mortgage journey. You will act as the primary contact for borrowers, promote Chase mortgage products, and build relationships with local real estate professionals.

Qualificações

• Bachelors or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
• Five years mortgage sales with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and building referral networks.
• Proven customer satisfaction history.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Windows PC skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and community; nurture pipeline until ready.
• Serve as mortgage expert and promote loan originations with external relationships.
• Train branch teams on products and services; meet clients and refer to bankers.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and outreach efforts.
• Be the single point of contact through origination; address concerns, coordinate with partners, track progress to closing.
