AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This role combines infusion therapy and patient education, providing both in‑home care and valuable support to patients undergoing treatments such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will provide telephone and in‑person advice and education, perform visits under the Director of Nursing, and ensure adherence to care plans in a flexible per diem, independent contractor role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN state license.
• 2+ years of experience in home infusion.
• 2+ experience with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics; CRNI certification preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts, infusion therapy, and phlebotomy for adults and pediatrics preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits with patients according to the plan of care.
• Prepare nursing notes and document interventions in records.
• Act as clinical resource and collaborate with pharmacy departments.
• Educate patients by telephone and in person on therapy protocols and side effects.
• Ensure patients understand therapy plans and adherence; liaison between patient, family, and pharmacy.
