Job summary

AmeriPharma seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion expertise to provide in-home infusion therapy and patient education. You will support patients undergoing TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics, delivering counseling and nursing care under supervision of the Director of Nursing.

You will perform assessments, document care, and coordinate with the pharmacy team to ensure safe, effective, and compliant home infusion services.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN state license.
2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
2+ years with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics; CRNI certification preferred.
Experience with peripheral IV starts, infusion therapy, and phlebotomy for both adult and pediatric patients preferred.
CPR and BLS certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits according to the plan of care.
Prepare clinical/nursing notes and document patient interventions in records.
Act as a clinical resource, collaborating with pharmacy departments.
Provide telephone and in-person patient education on therapy protocols and side effects.
Ensure patients understand therapy plans and adherence.
