Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee all departments including pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The Manager communicates with owners/corporate on finance and clinical implementation of therapies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BS or PharmD and be in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency with pharmacy systems
• Strong business and financial understanding for profitable operations
• Preferred: 3 years clinical experience
• Preferred: experience managing pharmacy support staff
• Preferred: 1 year infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience
• Preferred: sterile compounding training

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
• Manage pharmacy operations and staff, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Serve as liaison between board/management and staff
• Interview and onboard employees across departments
• Ensure regulatory mandates in health care delivery
• Resolve issues across departments and implement company policies
• Contribute to strategic planning to increase revenue and quality of care
• Maintain USP <797> standards for sterile preparations
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and staff training
• Monitor chart and lab results, drug orders, and cost effectiveness
• Communicate clinical information to physicians and health care teams
• Supervise compounding, packaging, labeling of products
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed
