Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee operations across pharmacy, administrative, and sales departments in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will oversee financial performance and liaison with owners/corporate on finance, performance, and clinical implementation of therapies.

The role requires a PharmD or B.S. and GA Board of Pharmacy licensure, strong leadership, and experience with infusion therapy and sterile compounding.

Qualifications

• Requires: B.S. or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Strong interactive skills with staff, referral sources, physicians, and consumers.
• Business and financial understanding for profitable operations.
• Preferred: 3 years clinical experience.
• Preferred: Experience managing pharmacy support staff.
• Preferred: At least 1 year experience with infusion therapy and sterile compounding.
• Preferred: Sterile compounding training.

Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and organizational policies and procedures.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Acts as a liaison between the Board of Managements and staff.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments.
• Upholds regulatory mandates on the provision of health care by professionals.
• Resolves questions, problems, and issues across departments.
• Implements and upholds company policies and protocols in serving consumers.
• Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve quality of care.
