Job summary

Confident Search Consultants seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee the operations of the pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales departments in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The Manager supervises financial performance and communicates with owners/corporate on finance, performance improvement, and clinical implementation of therapies.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S or PharmD with board eligibility/standing, demonstrates strong

Qualifications

• Must hold B.S or PharmD and be in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with staff, referral sources, physicians and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advanced computer skills.
• Understand business and financial aspects of running a profitable operation.
• Infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience preferred.
• Sterile compounding training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales operations in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Monitor financial performance; liaise with owners on finance, performance improvement, and clinical implementation.
• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff; ensure proper compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintain USP <797> knowledge for sterile compounding quality and sterility.
• Lead strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
