Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee the operations of the pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The role includes financial oversight and coordination with owners and corporate leadership on performance and clinical implementation of therapies.

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service.
• Solid business and financial understanding.
• Preferred: 3 years clinical experience.
• Preferred: Experience managing pharmacy support personnel.
• Preferred: Infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.
• Preferred: Sterile compounding training.

Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Acts as a liaison between the Board of Managements and staff.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate employees within company departments.
• Upholds regulatory mandates on the provision of health care by professionals.
• Resolves questions, problems, and issues across departments.
• Implements and upholds company policies and protocols in service delivery.
• Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
• Maintains knowledge of USP <797> to ensure quality and sterility.
• Oversees performance improvement processes and staff assignments.
• Reviews charts and lab results for therapeutic appropriateness and safety.
• Monitors patient progress and communicates results to physicians and healthcare team.
• Supervises compounding, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Trains and orients new employees; participates in performance improvement activities.
• Participates in on-call rotation as needed.
