Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee all departments—pharmacy, administrative, and sales—ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The Manager will monitor financial performance, engage with owners and corporate leadership, and drive clinical implementation of therapies.

The role requires GA-Board–in-good-standing licensure (PharmD or BS), strong communication skills, and experience in pharmacy operations and infusion

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
• Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable business
• Good interactive skills with employees, referral sources, physicians, and consumers
• B.S or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy, administrative, clerical, and sales operations in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure regulatory mandates and quality standards for sterile compounding and infusion therapies
• Manage staff, interview/orient/evaluate employees, and lead performance improvement
• Maintain relationships with owners/corporate office and communicate on finance, performance, and clinical implementation
• Oversee budgeting, revenue improvement, and strategic planning to enhance care quality
• Supervise compounding, packaging, and labeling of products and ensure patient safety
