Talent Solutions Partners seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee pharmacy, administrative, and sales operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The Manager collaborates with owners and the corporate office on finance, performance improvement, and clinical implementation of therapies, ensuring quality and efficient service.

The ideal candidate holds a GA Board of Pharmacy license (B.S.

Qualifications

• B.S or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with employees, referral sources, physicians, and consumers
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills
• Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments
• Upholds regulatory mandates on the provision of health care by professionals
• Acts as a resource for departments and staff in resolving questions and issues
• Implements and upholds company policies and procedures in service delivery
• Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve quality of care
• Maintains knowledge of USP <797> for sterile compounding
• Manages performance improvement processes and assigns staff to initiatives
• Reviews charts and lab results for approval and device/supply decisions
• Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness and safety
• Monitors patient progress and communicates results to physician and team
• Supervises pharmacy staff in compounding, packaging, labeling
• Assists in training new employees and in on-call rotations
