Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee pharmacy, administrative, and sales operations in compliance with regulatory standards. The role includes financial oversight and coordination with owners/corporate on performance and clinical implementation of therapies.

The candidate should have a PharmD or B.S. in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy, strong leadership, and experience in infusion therapy and sterile compounding preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and advanced computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding for profitable operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments.
• Upholds regulatory mandates on healthcare provision by professionals.
• Leads strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
• Supervises compounding, packaging, and labeling of products.
