Job summary

Amerita, a BrightSpring Health affiliate, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 home infusion nursing in Manhattan. You will assess patients, implement the Plan of Care, and coordinate with pharmacy and providers on a schedule including weekends and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• Minimum one year of RN experience; infusion/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification; valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish the Plan of Care.
• Follow policies for infusion and home health services.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, providers and patients to plan therapies.
• Document patient care and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate nursing care with home health and community agencies.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
