Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met)
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required goals/metrics
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with/without accommodation
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state (Lowe's will support)

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors in your department, handling estimates, installer visits, orders, and follow-ups
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales/services
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/store teams to restock merchandise
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation
• Support all checkout functions, pages, and requests for assistance
• Train department associates on the sales floor and coach on development needs
• Complete other duties as assigned
