Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist in Heath, OH to help customers find home improvement products and guide them from needs assessment to purchase. You will become a product expert, sharing specifications, promotions and financing options to close sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, Windows & Walls) and support checkout, inventory, and customer service

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a sales environment with goals.
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods; lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, providing estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing orders and installations.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with vendors/stores to maintain stock.
• Assist with price reviews and support checkout functions; train associates on the sales floor.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the department.
