Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer-facing sales or six months in Lowe’s retail.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods; lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, managing orders and installations.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
