Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include customer-facing sales or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Licensure or registration may be required by state law, Lowe's supports payment if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, prepare estimates, schedule visits, and track orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to replenish stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documents.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers across departments.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned
