Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist in the United States to be a frontline contact for customers, helping them translate project ideas into purchases and delivering strong service. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or Lowe's experience (or 3 years external experience in customer-facing sales or 18 months Lowe's experience if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with required sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state (Lowe's will support).

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and highlighting Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, scheduling, orders, and follow-up.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors/stores for stock and replacements.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and store communications.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
