Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years of external experience in customer-facing sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail experience if education requirement is not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Aufgaben

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating Lowe's product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, scheduling installs, processing orders, and following up for project completion.
• In the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors and other stores for stock replacement.
• Perform price reviews by pricing policies and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers as needed.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
