Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, assess project needs, and guide them to the right products and services. You’ll become the product expert, explain specifications and financing options, and help close sales with excellent service.

In this role you’ll work across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, and more, engaging customers to meet their home improvement goals in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or >25lbs with assistance.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state (Lowe’s will support).

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by seeking out customers, understanding needs, and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, providing estimates, scheduling visits, processing orders, and following up for completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors/stores for stock.
• Perform price reviews per policies and maintain pricing/documents.
• Support checkout functions, calls, departmental pages, or requests for assistance.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
