Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist to engage customers, understand project needs, and guide them to the right home improvement solutions. You will become a product expert, explain features and promotions, and help close sales at the store or garden center.

You will work in one of several departments and may serve in Pro or standard retail roles, with opportunities for growth through training programs and benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience OR 6 months Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales/customer service experience with measurable goals.
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimum lift 25 lbs; team lifts for heavier loads.

Mansioni

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and highlighting Lowe's products and services.
• Be a focal point for customers and vendors within your department; provide estimates and schedule installations.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout, help buttons, and department pages as needed.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Formazione

High School Diploma or GED

1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience

1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics
