Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products and answer questions while delivering friendly, professional service.

You will assist customers with locating merchandise, load and stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and ensure customer needs are met. The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 6 months' computer use experience.
• 6 months' experience with retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and back-stock merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/paint, cut/materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
