Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, professional service in-store.

You will assist with locating merchandise, stocking shelves, and processing orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments, with potential for bilingual skills and advancement through training programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
