Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a computer and input, access, modify, or output information
• Experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties as needed
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf space and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt of merchandise
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
