You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure requests are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role includes stocking, checkout assistance, and cross-training in other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience using a computer or inputting information.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support overall service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in your department to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
