The role emphasizes customer interaction, problem solving, and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment across various Lowe’s departments.

Qualificações

• Six months experience using a computer.
• Six months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit as required and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
