Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly support for home improvement needs. You will work across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Paint, and more, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout shopping and checkout.

The role involves assisting in stocking, processing orders, and potentially helping with loads. A flexible, customer‑driven approach is valued, with opportunities to learn and grow within store

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
