Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
