Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States to help customers find products and answer questions. You will work across departments, maintain shelves, and process orders while delivering friendly service.

This role emphasizes assisting customers, loading merchandise when needed, and supporting store operations with a flexible schedule and growth opportunities within Lowe’s.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
