Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, assist with product selection, and provide outstanding service in a dynamic store environment. You will engage with shoppers throughout the day, help locate items, stock shelves, and support checkout and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to perform reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tint/mix, cut/thread pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
