Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them locate products, answer questions, and provide friendly support throughout their shopping experience. The role involves assisting across departments, stocking shelves, and processing orders and deliveries as needed.

The position may be part-time with flexible schedules, offering opportunities to grow skills, access store benefits, and work in a busy home improvement environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smart phones and tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
