Job summary

The role supports multiple departments with flexible, part-time options and access to Lowe's benefits. Daily tasks include assisting with locating merchandise, stocking, processing orders, and providing care to customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing stock.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
