Job summary

You will engage with customers, answer questions, stock merchandise, process orders, and support other store functions. Part-time roles with flexible schedules are available, with emphasis on friendly, reliable service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise across departments.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed."
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve overall customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to match customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut lines).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
