Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will work across departments, assist with loading merchandise, and support daily store operations.

You will answer questions, handle merchandise requests, and help maintain organized, customer-friendly aisles while delivering courteous, efficient service throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic input/output tasks.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic arithmetic skills (add/subtract) and reading/writing.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted (or with accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Keep shelves stocked by replenishing supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Participate in cross-training in other store areas as needed.
• Prepare department items per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe work, wood cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or at checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
