Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 Months Experience with retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Willingness to work in diverse store areas and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paints, pipes, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
