Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure their shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable.

The role involves assisting across departments, stocking shelves, and processing orders. Prior retail or bilingual skills are a plus, and the position supports part-time work and flexible scheduling.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform associated tasks
• Lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
