Job summary

Lowe’s in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You’ll listen, answer questions, and ensure customers leave satisfied while maintaining store appearance and organization.

Daily tasks include locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and supporting checkout. This role offers opportunities to learn, train across departments, and grow with Lowe’s.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Shift flexibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
• Help customers locate products and assist with their needs.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver great service.
• Assist with checkout guidance and cashier/operator tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
