Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Alabama to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The role involves assisting across departments, stocking, and processing orders with a focus on friendly service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
