Join Lowe's as a Customer Service Associate and help customers find products and solutions for home improvement needs. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Plumbing.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and tidying displays
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
