Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure requests are met with friendly service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including input, access, and output of information.
• 6 months experience using retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
