Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement solutions. You will interact with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Tools.

In this role, you will perform light stocking, assist with orders and deliveries, and support teammates to deliver outstanding service. Part-time schedules and flexible options are available.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
