Qualifications

• Basic computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• Familiarity with retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation
• Retail/customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Rotate through departments to support store needs
• Prepare merchandise in departments (e.g., paint, hardware)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
