Job summary

As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products for their home improvement needs, delivering friendly, professional service.

You may work in Appliances, Hardware, Tools, or other departments, assist with locating merchandise, load select items, and process orders and deliveries accurately while maintaining a helpful storefront and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood) per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
