Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right home improvement solutions, and provide friendly, efficient service across departments.

You'll rotate through storefront tasks, stock replenishment, checkout support, and occasional loading of merchandise, with emphasis on accuracy, courtesy, and teamwork. The role offers part-time or flexible scheduling and a focus on growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
